Nash Memon, Business Analyst
Since joining the firm, Nash has focused his work on procurement management and economic analysis. He has worked to support several major state government agencies in contracting management and operations, and has conducted economic analyses of the agriculture industry in Southern California. Nash comes to the firm with experience in distribution process management where he researched and vetted multiple distribution centers to provide a recommendation to an international non-profit, as well as recommended online selling platforms for the long-term sustainability of the client’s business. His other experience includes financial and strategic pricing analyses, and evaluation of accounting, sales and inventory management. Nash graduated Magna Cum Laude from the University of California at Davis, receiving his B.S. in Managerial Economics.

Jenny Kot, Associate
Jenny has a proven record of success helping government agencies develop and implement statewide public health and energy programs. Jenny has worked collaboratively with diverse internal and external stakeholder groups to design new programs. In addition, she has worked with government administrators and program staff to improve core administrative functions and program operations. Jenny has managed sophisticated procurements, developed procurement and contract management policies, procedures and tools to support complex contracts. Jenny's other areas of experience include training, marketing campaign management, social media management, and financial and economic analyses. Jenny graduated Magna Cum Laude from the University of Nevada, Reno with a B.S. in Finance and Economics. Jenny is fluent in Mandarin and Cantonese.

Breyer Conroy, Sr. Business Analyst
Breyer is experienced with business process reengineering, change management, performance management and talent acquisition in the state government environment. Breyer has developed and implemented electronic hiring workflows and managed the recruitment efforts for a variety of difficult-to-fill state classifications. Other areas of experience include recruitment strategy, website and SharePoint administration, and program development. Breyer comes to the firm with a background in project management, business process reengineering and post merger integration in the health care and banking industries. Breyer graduated Magna Cum Laude from California State University at Chico with a B.S. in Project Management and is a Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM). Breyer volunteers his time with Shriners Hospitals for Children, Northern California.

Andrew Chang, Managing Director

Andrew has over twenty-five years of experience developing and implementing major policy initiatives for government agencies, campaigns and non-profits and major strategy and operations initiatives for Fortune 1000 companies. Andrew has served as Chief Deputy Director of the California Department of General Services, Assistant Secretary of the California State and Consumer Services Agency and economist for Governors Pete Wilson and Arnold Schwarzenegger. Andrew began his consulting career with A.T. Kearney where he focused on business strategy and operations for high-technology and consumer retail companies. Andrew received his A.B. from the University of California at Berkeley and his Masters in Public Policy from Georgetown University. Andrew is an alumnas of the University of Michigan's Executive MBA Center and currently sits on the California Center for Jobs and the Economy's Research Advisory Council.
