Andrew Chang, Managing Director

Andrew has over twenty-five years of experience developing and implementing major policy initiatives for government agencies, campaigns and non-profits and major strategy and operations initiatives for Fortune 1000 companies. Andrew has served as Chief Deputy Director of the California Department of General Services, Assistant Secretary of the California State and Consumer Services Agency and economist for Governors Pete Wilson and Arnold Schwarzenegger. Andrew began his consulting career with A.T. Kearney where he focused on business strategy and operations for high-technology and consumer retail companies. Andrew received his A.B. from the University of California at Berkeley and his Masters in Public Policy from Georgetown University. Andrew is an alumnus of the University of Michigan's Executive MBA Center and currently sits on the California Center for Jobs and the Economy's Research Advisory Council.
