Jenny Kot, Sr. Business Analyst
Since coming to the firm, Jenny has specialized in program development and implementation in public health and Green House Gas reduction programs. In addition to working with various stakeholder groups to design programs, Jenny has worked with program staff to construct budget and program management policies, procedures and tools. Other areas of experience include trend forecasting and financial and strategic analyses. Prior to joining the firm, Jenny worked for a cutting edge clean energy company where she designed market entry strategies and conducted industry research on policy changes and client needs. Jenny graduated Magna Cum Laude from the University of Nevada, Reno with a B.S. in Finance and Economics. Jenny's extracurricular activities at UNR included leading a team to establish a new University cultural organization. Jenny is fluent in Mandarin and Cantonese.
Brandon Dagio, Sr. Business Analyst
Brandon comes to the firm with experience in various aspects of business and finance, as well as computer programming. He has developed full-scale financial projections for start-up entrepreneurial ventures. This skill was utilized in the creation of a comprehensive business plan for a new medical device looking to enter the marketplace. In addition, he has done research on a diverse set of financial topics, including international finance, derivatives, bonds and national interest rates. Brandon also has experience creating websites and performing statistical analysis by utilizing various computer programming languages, such as R, MySQL, PHP, HTML and CSS. Brandon received his B.S. in Business Administration from the University of California at Riverside, graduating Summa Cum Laude. Brandon is fluent in Spanish.
Breyer Conroy, Business Analyst
Breyer comes to the firm with experience in project management and various aspects of finance and system dynamics. Prior to joining the firm, Breyer led the development of business process improvement plans for an area hospital and developed merger and acquisition training in the retail banking industry. Breyer graduated Magna Cum Laude from California State University at Chico, earning a B.S. in Project Management. During his undergraduate education, Breyer was the president of the Project Management Group and also gained research experience in Human Genetic Modification.
Joshua Rayburn, Manager
Joshua comes to the firm as an experienced consultant and team manager. Joshua has lead a number of engagements involving market analysis, partnership strategy development and project feasibility analysis. He has worked as a consultant in California, Namibia and Cairo. Joshua also worked as a consultant in Nairobi, Kenya for Thriive Capital where he identified key metrics to measure program efficiency and community impact. Joshua's work at Thriive also involved re-engineering program design in all Thriive branches worldwide, including Nicaragua, Palestine and Vietnam. Additionally, Joshua volunteered in the Dominican Republic working with SCORE International where he assisted in founding and expanding medical and educational programs in impoverished neighborhoods. Joshua earned his B.A. from the University of the Pacific, graduating Magna Cum Laude.
Andrew Chang, Managing Director
Andrew has over twenty years of experience developing and implementing major policy initiatives for government agencies, campaigns and non-profits and major strategy and operations initiatives for Fortune 1000 companies. Andrew has served as Chief Deputy Director of the California Department of General Services, Assistant Secretary of the California State and Consumer Services Agency and economist for Governors Pete Wilson and Arnold Schwarzenegger. Andrew began his consulting career with A.T. Kearney where he focused on market entry strategies and corporate finance for high-technology and consumer retail companies. Andrew received his A.B. from the University of California at Berkeley and his Masters in Public Policy from Georgetown University. Andrew is an alumnas of the University of Michigan's Executive MBA Center and currently sits on the California Center for Jobs and the Economy's Research Advisory Council.
