World Logistics Center, Draft Environmental Impact Report: The proposed World Logistics Center project area covers 3,918 acres in eastern Moreno Valley. The entire area is covered by a General Plan Amendment that will designate 2,635 acres for logistics development, 20 acres for public utility uses and 1,159 acres for permanent open space (February 2013).
